  • *Substitutions* are allowed and must be communicated at least 48 hours before the webinar begins. This flexibility includes changing the participant or selecting an alternate webinar. Please note, substitutions or cancellations will not be accepted in cases of session absence due to email delivery issues or compatibility problems on the attendee's end.

  • *Live, On-Demand, and Pre-Recorded Webinars:* Full refunds are issued for cancellations by skillupstream or if the participant notifies us at least 24 hours in advance. We require written notice via email for such cancellations.
  • *DVDs, Transcripts, and Digital Downloads:* A 100% refund is available for cancellations prior to the delivery of physical or digital products. In the case of defective items, replacements will be sent upon return of the damaged goods within 20 days of receipt.
  • *Combo Offers:* Adjustments and refunds for partial cancellations of combo offers will be based on the original price of the retained components.
